4.Secure Packing: Pack your returns firmly to prevent any damage in transit. If we receive a damaged item, we cannot determine the cause of the damage and will not accept it as a return.

5.Shipping Container: Avoid using the item's original packaging as the shipping container. Instead, place items in the original packaging inside a larger, separate shipping box. We recommend reusing the box your items were initially shipped in.

6.Confirmation Process: Before returning items, make sure all return conditions are met. Take photos or videos and send them to our customer service team for confirmation.

Pretty easy to install if you follow your rough instruction, nice stainless steel finish, nice handheld and shower head with good water pressure coming out will see if doesn’t rust out here in Florida with weather and hurricanes so far good product.
