Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, PST). Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday. Please note that once shipping has started, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Shipping Origin

Most of our products are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. In the event of temporary inventory shortages, we may ship your order from our partner facility in China. In such cases, you will be notified via email for confirmation before we proceed.

Order Tracking
