Mooroca Return Policy

At Mooroca, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unused items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original tags, manuals, and accessories.

Returns must be packaged securely in a separate shipping box (not just the retail packaging) to prevent damage during transit.

Items that are damaged, used, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

Contact our customer support team at support@mooroca.com with your order number and photos of the product.

Once approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label.

Ship the product back using the label provided.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please complete a return as described above and place a new order. Our support team can assist you with both steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 10–15 business days for the item to reach us and be processed.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Fees

For returns due to quality issues, incorrect or defective items — Mooroca will cover all return shipping costs.

For non-quality related returns, Mooroca also offers free return shipping within 90 days.

Missing Parts or Delivery Issues

If your order arrives incomplete or with missing parts, contact us immediately at support@mooroca.com.

We will send replacements or arrange compensation as appropriate.

Out-of-Stock Items

In rare cases where items cannot be delivered due to stock shortages, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternate arrangement.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, PST). Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday. Please note that once shipping has started, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Shipping Origin

Most of our products are shipped from our U.S. warehouse. In the event of temporary inventory shortages, we may ship your order from our partner facility in China. In such cases, you will be notified via email for confirmation before we proceed.
